In 2005, company founder and CEO Jack Richeson realized his lifelong dream of creating a resource for artists to exhibit artwork, gain inspiration and further their artistic education. Richeson School of Art & Gallery features over 700 original works of art composed of the Richeson Permanent Collection, regional and local artwork, and a rotating main exhibit space. Here, world-renowned artists' work hangs alongside up-and-coming artists’ work, creating a beautiful harmony. With over 500 works in the Richeson Collection, visitorsmay enjoy works by Stephen Quiller, Zoltan Szabo, Ramon Kelly, Richard Schmidt, Urania Christy Tarbet, Erica Norelius and many more.
We are proud to utilize locally and nationally-known artists to teach a variety of art mediums in our on-site studio. The studio functions as an educational classroom, life drawing session studio and local meeting space for artists to work during our open studio times. We also offer the space to be used for meeting and business receptions.
Annually Richeson School of Art & Gallery hosts four Richeson75 International Competitions, sponsored by Jack Richeson & Co. Artists from all over the world submit their pieces; 75 works are chosen to be eligible for the up to $5,000 cash Best in Show award. Selected works of art are featured in the beautiful hardcover, full color, collector’s exhibit book, the online gallery. Two competitions per year are exhibited in our gallery. More information on our contests can be found here.
