Announcing the return of our most innovative art competition: Casein 2026.
Register to explore the versatility and endless capabilities of casein paint. Each participating artist receives a complimentary art materials package with their registration – to explore this timeless medium. Finished paintings, creating using only casein, will be submitted for a chance to win cash and art materials awards. Best in Show Award $5,000 Cash!
Known for its strong opacity in mass tone and velvety matte finish, casein paints can be used to create a variety of effects from the rich opaques of oil to thin watercolor washes. Because casein has an exceptional integrity of color and always dries to a perfect matte finish, it is unexcelled for art reproduction.
An approachable medium, the opacity allows for seamless layering of color for bold, expressive artwork.
