Artists throughout history have sought out vivid, highly pigmented colors to bring their visions to life –
sometimes with deadly consequences. Part art theory, part art history, in this class students will learn
the unusual and dangerous history of toxic pigments while getting some hands-on experience
learning how to mix equivalent hues using modern – and safe – paint colors. All supplies included.
