With criss-crossing plains and interesting movement, the flag book is an intriguing book art structure that allows for tremendous creative expression. In this class students will learn this surprisingly simple book art form, and complete at least two flag books of their own.
Students are asked to bring in images of their choice printed on thin paper (printed scans of photos on laser printer paper, magazine pages, pages from old books, ephemera, etc.). All other materials are provided.
