Have you dabbled in plein air artmaking but are ready for a bigger challenge? This course is designed for those who are familiar with plein air artmaking but are interested in taking their work to the next level. Award-winning plein air artist Nathan Brandner will teach students advanced techniques that can take a field study to a fully realized painting. This class will focus on efficiency and dive directly into the painting and creation of the work. This class will take place outside of the Richeson School of Art studio. The location will be announced to students closer to the class date.
All supplies are included. If students own a plein air art making easel, they are encouraged to bring it for use during this class. There will be a break for lunch.
