Have you been curious about the Cold Wax painting process? This is an opportunity to ‘try it out’! Starting with a demonstration, you will observe the many unique techniques associated with this process. Then of course, you will have an opportunity to experiment with the beauty of working with cold wax and oil. It is all about building layers, scratching and scraping, and a lot of fun! A clear understanding of color theory will be reviewed before the fun begins! Always presented in a non-intimidating and relaxing manner, this is truly about enjoying the process! Join us for a relaxing class exploring the beautiful cold wax process.
This is a 2-part workshop~ Part One; Play and get acquainted with the various techniques. Part Two; A more in-depth session learning the beauty of building layers and digging back in to layers below, while building an abstract landscape painting.
