With a specially-curated set of pastels, participants will work from arranged set-ups to render flowers, chocolates, and more! While a larger still life will be on display for the group to work from, individuals are welcome to bring their own Valentine’s gifts to arrange in a smaller, personalized set-up. Using a personal
smartphone or camera, participants will take a few different photos to explore compositional variations. Participants can work from these photos, direct observation, or a combination of these approaches. All skill levels are welcome! Basic pastel application and techniques will be discussed by the instructor to allow those new to this material to understand its capabilities. (Check out the +1 option, bring a friend and save!)
