Looking for new ways to make your mark? Join us as we take a traditional still life drawing and reproduce it using some unusual monotype techniques. Mono-printing is a form of printmaking in which the artist moves ink around a plate and then transfers the image to paper. Students will stretch their traditional understanding of drawing skills as they subtract ink and learn new mark making techniques in this process. Some drawing experience can be helpful for this class, but is not required.
