Phil Sealy: A Last Hurrah brings together works by acclaimed Wisconsin watercolorist, Phil Sealy (1926-2021). An important member of the Fox River Valley art community, Sealy’s mastery of the watercolor medium is celebrated through the paintings and sketchbooks on display.
