Join us for Watercolor Wednesdays with Debo! On this second-to-last Wednesday of December, Greenville artist Deborah Vandenbloomer (or Debo to friends) will offer tips and techniques to inspire watercolor inspiration and success. Debo will start the session with a mini watercolor lesson on winter scenery. Students can then explore the lesson, work on their own projects among other watercolor enthusiasts, or receive some one-on-one guidance from Debo. No registration is needed for this drop-in watercolor class. Participants provide their own painting supplies.
The recommended supplies for this class are as follows:
- Water bucket
- Paper towel
- Full paint pallet (make sure red, yellow, & blue are included)
- Brushes – Synthetic rounds in a variety of sizes (make sure to have at least a 6 and 8),1/2” flat, & rigger for fine lines
- Spray bottle
- Large hake or a sponge to wet paper
- Tape
- Pencil
- Paper (Debo will be using #140 arches bright white paper but bring what you like)
- Scrap paper to test colors
