Zines (pronounced zeens) are small handmade books that can be about any topic. Many people make zines about their favorite interests, poetry, social issues, or music. Because zines are meant to be distributed to as many as people as possible, they are often cheaply produced and quickly made.
In this class, we’ll take a look at artist Michelle Sharp’s personal collection of zines and learn a few folding techniques commonly used by zinesters.
