Plein Air is the classical tradition of painting outside. This course sets the groundwork for how to approach plein air painting. The course will be broken down into two parts. The first part will cover materials and equipment setup. This will all be done indoors to eliminate the added difficulty of the elements. The second half will be a hands-on approach to painting outdoors at the designated site. Students will comfortably be able to explore the materials indoors before moving outside to paint. All supplies included.
