This class will cover the basics of composing and creating an interesting and unique still life. Students will learn how to recognize and understand how composition and design help to form a still life artwork. Working in graphite students will learn and apply design elements to a still life to make their work stronger. Simple concepts of setting up a still life will be covered to help the students better understand the basics. Students will also get a hands-on approach to designing and drawing their own still life.
