Landscapes are the scenes and backdrops to our human experience. In this class, we will focus on the beauty of the land and learn to translate that into a charcoal drawing. Breaking down the landscape to its essential values will help students understand the basics of building a beautiful landscape drawing. This class will teach creating a landscape from a photo in a manner that will produce a life-like scene. Students will learn the essentials to go forward in drawing more accurate and believable landscapes.
